The Kamehameha is a form of energy attack that both Hero Smurf and Wonder Smurfette use when fighting powerful opponents in the HERO: The Guardian Smurf story series. It was first taught to Hero by Master Kai in Other World in the mini-story, "You're Not Good Enough". To engage the attack, they put their hands together, with a gap between them and put them behind them, and they gather aura from their bodies and turn it into pure energy, which they launch at their enemy.
These variations are performed when Hero reaches the designated Super Smurf (SS) level.
- Big Bang Kamehameha (SS4) -- Hero puts his hands out in front of him, palms open and turned up approximately 90 degrees. He focuses all his power into a whitish blue energy sphere with excess energy radiation radiating off of it in small waves. He then fires an extremely powerful, shockwave-like beam that severely damages his enemy, if not killing them outright.
- 10x Kamehameha (SS4) -- A more powerful version of the Kamehameha that is crimson instead of the regular whitish-blue. Whenever time is needed to recover or to escape from a powerful threat, as a last resort, Hero performs this technique which deals no damage whatsoever, but the effects are delayed which will momentarily paralyze the threat.
- Warp Kamehameha -- First, Hero charges up for the Kamehameha up to, "Ka... me... ha... me..." Then, he uses the Instant Transmission to transport in front of the opponent while he is still charging the attack. Finally, saying the final syllable "...ha!", Hero fires the attack against the opponent, inflicting an enormous amount of damage.
