It is the Smurf version of Madonna's "Beautiful Stranger" from the 1999 movie Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
Smurfette created this song specifically for Empath, with Orbit drawing inspiration from Slouchy's sketch of Smurfette in the form of Felicity Smurfwell, the "international Smurf of mystery".
