The Pussywillow Pixies are a group of pixies that live in the region of the Smurf Forest known as Pussywillow Hollow. They are so named because they can disguise themselves as pussywillow buds by folding their wings over themselves in order to elude capture by their constant nemesis, the Wartmongers.

The group consists of six individuals:
- Elderberry -- the oldest member and their leader
- Pansy
- Lilac
- Bramble
- Holly
- Acorn -- the youngest
Empath Stories
They first encountered the Smurfs about three years before Empath's final return from Psychelia, when Clumsy was accidentally brought into Pussywillow Hollow by a runaway deer. The pixies originally thought that Smurfs turned into fearsome hairy red-eyed monsters that would eat pixies and Wartmongers alike. However, the Smurfs turned out to be rather harmless beings, and the only time they become "monsters" was when they wore a disguise in order to help the Pussywillow Pixies escape Toad Castle.
Empath's first encounter with the pixies was when he was brought into Pussywillow Hollow by the Wartmongers and seduced by the manipulations of Princess Chamelianne into becoming a Wartmonger. Although Empath first attacked the pixies, it was through the help of the Smurfs who went looking for Empath that they restored his true form and his original thought patterns.
The Pussywillow Pixies notably appeared during Empath and Smurfette's wedding, with Pansy, Lilac, and Bramble serving as Smurfette's bridesmaids and Acorn as the flower girl.

Soley within the Expanded Animated Universe, there is the main cast of Pussywillow Pixies imported from the cartoon show along with an original character named Tulip. She makes a premature cameo appearance in the Season 10 episode "Tripped Up," and officially debuts in the Season 11 episode "Sylke Hood."
