The Snorks (alternatively referred to as Snorkelians) are a race of aquatic underwater beings that resemble Smurfs, yet have snorkel-like appendages on their heads that allow them to breathe. They live in an underwater community somewhere near Atlantica that vaguely resembles the Smurf Village, but at the present time of the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series is rather primitive compared to the community that their more modern versions in the original cartoon show appear in.
The Snorks consist of both male and female members of the species, though their method of reproduction is at best uncertain.
In the EMPATH: The Luckiest Smurf story series, the only known Snork who exists is Dylan, a character whom Marina the mermaid has fallen in love with.
